Lehmann Maupin returns to Palm Beach with a seasonal exhibition space in a new location in The Royal Poinciana Plaza. The season marks the gallery’s third consecutive year of programming in Palm Beach, and will feature a series of solo exhibitions, opening November 19 and running through May 2023.
“The power of Palm Beach has not diminished. We’ve seen our business grow, as the city continues to attract world-renowned collectors, curators, and other galleries year after year,” explains Partner Carla Camacho, who will continue spearheading the space, alongside Director Alva Stux and Associate Director Evian Kuznik. “This year, we are seizing the opportunity of a fast-paced winter to present solo presentations that spotlight the range of work by gallery artists.”
Lehmann Maupin Palm Beach will kick off its exhibition program with Part Two: Run, a solo exhibition of new work by Alex Prager. The Palm Beach exhibition builds on a solo presentation of the artist’s work at Lehmann Maupin London earlier this year, and will culminate in the debut of Prager’s ambitious new film at our New York gallery from January 12 to February 25, 2023.
Subsequent exhibitions will include: Helen Pashgian (December 15–January 8), Group Exhibition (January 12–February 5), Tom Friedman (February 9–March 5), and more to be announced.
